UAID

Internationally, we aim to provideHIV, malaria, and tuberculosis testing and counseling to rural villagers in developing nations and pursue an awareness initiative to statistically at-risk populations.  UAID has expanded to Panama, Uganda, Philippines, and South America.

On campus, we aim to provide volunteer and research opportunities regarding HIV/AIDS through collaboration with local HIV-related organizations and a bi-monthly newsletter, and host events that increase awareness and mobilize students to make a difference including weekly volunteering at Leeway, panels, film-screenings, and fundraising campaigns.
