The Women in Science at Yale (WISAY) Mentoring Program pairs undergraduate women interested in pursuing a career in science, or related field, with graduate students and post-docs in the sciences at Yale. Our goal is to help increase the success of young women entering scientific fields. The mentoring relationship can often be a very productive and helpful one, with mentees benefiting from advice about future career goals and expanded networking opportunities.
